Amazon海淘理赔经验帖子
糖糖妈咪在amazon上面下了几单,都比较成功,只有一单被amazon拆成了若干小单子发货,其中一本宝宝图画书用了一个小包裹单独发出(商家真是不嫌麻烦啊),结果,等待了一个月之久后,其他包裹纷纷落地,只有这本书迟迟未到,而且永远也到不了。
我根据风雷上面的发货单号链接,骚扰了n次韵达快递和EMS,因为我搞不清哪些包裹收到哪些没收到了,虽然客服都解答了,但最后那本书还是石沉大海,不在我已经收到的包裹里。
我首先翻到了amazon当时那笔订单的跟踪号-tracking number,锁定它,见下图~
然后去风雷上面跟踪这个包裹的进度,上图~
风雷把我的5个包裹混合装箱然后形成了这华丽丽的3单,我不知道那本书究竟在哪个箱子里了,晕死。
五一我给风雷客服留言,想查询下这个包裹的去向,可是各大客服都离线,都没一直有回复。无奈,我转战了amazon客服,找到了online chat窗口。其实内心还是很忐忑的,毕竟Amazon确确实实给我发了这个订单的转运单号嘛,而且在风雷也跟踪到了这个包裹。但是,我还是病急乱投医,求助了amazon的客服。
下面是和客服的online chat内容:

之后不久收到了客服的退款确认邮件。

在询问客服理赔的时候,我也没忘记提到那个消费税,毕竟当时转运地址我选的是加州仓库嘛,客服很客气的说,这个理赔价格已经包括tax了。真心爽啊,这一单也许不是Amazon的问题,出在风雷转运或是国内EMS身上也指不定,不过amazon还是耐心的处理了这个理赔单子。真心赞啊,这个服务态度。某宝估计是不会理会这些索赔的吧。不过,我当时太开心了,没想到他们这么快就解决了烦扰我几天的问题,忘记了amazon给我发了一本旧书,唉。事后,妈妈和老公不让我在和客服交涉这个事情了,理由是客服可能会锁定了我的id号,如果我频繁要求理赔,人家会觉得我无理取闹,换钱玩~算了,我忍了。下次,不淘图画书了,又重又贵,还有淘到旧书的风险。
